Our quality and inspection department utilizes manual inspection equipment and gauges as well as the latest in coordinate measuring machine (CMM) technology to measure and record dimensional characteristics.
Our current CMM capabilities range in size from tenths of thousandths of inches to tens of feet. Two Brown & Sharp CMM’s handle the smaller parts, while arm type CMM’s and a laser-tracker can take precision measurements up to 100ft.
